In the post-pandemic era, fitness, health, and wellness have emerged as more important than ever before - especially at the work place. We understand these pressures and the demands of corporate life as well as the daily stressors that crop up - BUT we also believe that the practice of Yoga has the answers to several modern workplace challenges and lifestyle impediments.

Our corporate workshop series, "Building Yogic Habits" taught by Anvita Dixit, (who is a globally well known Yoga expert and has previously worked at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute as well as Cult.fit) aims to help you tackle work challenges effectively - and replace your tired sighs with heartfelt AUMs :)

We believe in the power that ancient Yoga philosophy and traditional Indian Yoga practices have on our daily well-being and we look forward to introducing you to them. Through our focus on Yoga theory - we will lead you through Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra & Meditation in the classical & traditional way. Moving forward, let's collectively work towards being warm-hearted and cool-headed both on & off the mat!
